Cancellation and No-Show Policy 

 

At LG Hair Studio, we value our clients' time and strive to provide the best experience possible.  In order to maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all of our clients, we have implemented  the following cancellation and no-show policy: 

​

1. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: 

â—¦ Clients have up until 48 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel or  reschedule without penalty. 

â—¦ If a client cancels or reschedules within the 48-hour window before their  appointment, a 50% charge of the originally scheduled service will be applied.

 

2. No-Show Policy: 

â—¦ Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice  will be charged 100% of the missed appointment’s service cost. 

​

3. Booking Future Appointments: 

â—¦ Clients who cancel within the 48-hour window or no-show may be required to  provide a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. 

​

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate unforeseen  circumstances. However, this policy helps us ensure that we can continue to provide quality  service to all clients.

Late Arrival Policy 

 

At LG Hair Studio, we strive to provide each client with the full attention and quality service  they deserve. To ensure that all appointments run smoothly and on time, we have implemented  the following late arrival policy: 

​

1. Grace Period: 

â—¦ We understand that sometimes things happen! Clients are given a 15-minute  grace period from the start time of their appointment. 

​

2. Late Arrivals Beyond 15 Minutes: 

â—¦ If a client arrives 15 or more minutes late to their appointment and there is not  enough time to complete the scheduled service, the appointment will need to be  rescheduled. 

â—¦ In this case, the client will still be responsible for paying 100% of the originally  scheduled service fee, as the time was reserved specifically for them.

3. Rebooking: 

â—¦ Clients who need to reschedule due to late arrival will need to book a new  appointment at the earliest available time. A new deposit may be required for  certain services. 

We appreciate your understanding as we work to accommodate all clients with the highest level  of service. Timeliness ensures that both our stylists and clients have the best experience possible. 

Client Satisfaction and Adjustment Policy 

 

At LG Hair Studio, we strive to provide every client with a look they love. If for any reason you  are not completely satisfied with your hair service, we are happy to offer an adjustment. Please  review our policy below: 

​

1. Notification Period: If you are unhappy with your hair service, you must notify us within  7 days of your appointment. 

 

2. Adjustment Period: After notifying us, you have up to 14 days from the date of your  original appointment to return to the salon for an adjustment. Adjustments are  complimentary if we were notified within the 7-day window and the service falls within  the 14-day period.

3. Full Price Services: If you do not return within the 14-day adjustment period or request  additional services beyond an adjustment (e.g., a different style or significant changes),  full pricing for the new service will apply.

Hair Extensions Policy 

 

At LG Hair Studio we take pride in offering high-quality hair extension services tailored to each  client’s unique needs. To ensure the best experience and results, we have the following policies  in place for all hair extension services: 

​

1. Consultation Requirement 

• All new hair extension clients must book a mandatory consultation before scheduling a  hair extension appointment. During this consultation, we will assess your hair, discuss  your desired look, and recommend the best extension method for you. This consultation  allows us to properly match your hair color, length, and texture, ensuring you get the  perfect results. 

• A non-refundable consultation fee may apply, which can be credited toward the final  cost of your hair extension service. 

 

2. Maintenance & Move-Up Requirements 

• To keep your hair extensions in optimal condition, maintenance appointments are  required every 6-8 weeks for move-ups and adjustments. Skipping or delaying these  maintenance appointments can lead to damage to both your natural hair and the  extensions. 

• If extensions are not properly maintained within this timeframe, additional repair services  may be required at the client's expense. 

 

3. Non-Refundable Services 

• Hair extension services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. This  includes the cost of the hair extensions and the service itself. 

• If a client wishes to remove their extensions for any reason, a removal fee of $50-$100 will apply, depending on the time and complexity of the removal. 

 

4. Adjustment Policy 

• While refunds are not available, adjustments can be made if necessary within 7-14 days of the original appointment. If you have concerns about your extensions, please notify us  within this period, and we will work with you to address any issues. 

• Adjustments must be minor corrections to the original service. Any request for significant  changes or a new style will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which are  designed to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of service and quality. Our  goal is to help you enjoy beautiful, long-lasting hair extensions that make you feel your best.

On-location Bridal Hair and Make-up Policy 

 

At LG Hair Studio, we are dedicated to making your special day as seamless and stress-free as  possible. For our on-location bridal hair and makeup services, the following policies apply: 

​

1. Booking & Deposit Policy 

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your on-location bridal hair and  makeup services. This deposit will be applied to the final balance. 

• Full payment for services must be made no later than 7 prior to the event date. 

​

2. Travel Fees 

• A travel fee will be applied for all on-location services. Travel fees are calculated as  follows: 

â—¦ For locations within 20 miles of Vienna, VA, a flat travel fee of $100. â—¦ For locations between 21-45 miles from Vienna, VA, a flat travel fee of $200 will  be charged. 

â—¦ For locations more than 45 miles from Vienna, VA, a travel fee of $2.50 per mile  (calculated from Vienna) will be applied. 

â—¦ Travel fees cover transportation and the time required to reach your venue. 

​

3. Early Morning Start & Accommodation Requirement 

• For any services starting before 10:00 AM at locations more than 45 miles from Vienna,  VA, the client must provide the stylist(s) with a hotel room for the night before the event.  This ensures that the stylist can arrive on time, well-rested, and ready to perform services. 

• The hotel should be within 10 miles of the event venue and meet standard  accommodations (private room, clean, and comfortable). 

​

4. Minimum Service Requirement 

• A minimum booking of 3 services is required for on-location bridal services. This may  include bridal hair, bridal makeup, and additional hair or makeup services for  bridesmaids or family members. 

​

5. Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit their deposit. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged 100% of the remaining  balance.

​

6. Touch-Up & Additional Services 

• If you require a stylist for touch-ups or additional services after the initial hair and  makeup session (for photo shoots, reception, etc.), this must be arranged ahead of time.  An additional fee of $100/hour will apply for extended on-site services. 

​

7. Parking & Access 

• The client is responsible for ensuring parking and easy access to the event location. Any  parking fees will be added to the final invoice.
